There's a new invention which should eliminate the problem. It's called a "corded" telephone.

    Can't wait to get one.

i would kind of like to see the Australian Health Research Institute publish this report on their own site. Anyone has a link to the original report?

    I call bollox.

there are roughly 3.5billion mobile phones.
2billion are nokia(making them the largest OS, not windows...)

remembering that every country in europe has 100%+ penetration, that means less than this amount are active.....

so 2.5 - 3 billion users...and 2 billion of em will have cancer.

that is end of the world predictions..

Funny since no study has ever concluded with evidence mobile phones give you cancer.

Our sexy northern friends the Scandinavians have had mobile phones in gen pop use longer than anyone...they are not all dropping by the way side, and remember older mobiles had to be more powerful, due to lack of masts, less coverage...........

i think this is a bogus story. i couldn't find any info on the australian health research institute other than in reference to this story and rural health issues. i didn't do a massively extensive search though, but the results weren't varying so...
