i think they ask these people about many different kinds of drugs. seeing it out of context without the questions they ask these people shows how different types of drugs vary in opinion as well as in effects. my uneducated guess is they ask about pot, ecstasy, LSD, amphetamines, and opiates.

I'm going to guess at alcohol being the drug in question. The remark about MP's taking it regularly and the last fellow saying it's the most widely accessible and cheapest drug available made me think alcohol could be the culprit.
