    The Constitution of the United States gives people inherent rights not coporations. Monsanto has dominated the grain industry. It accounts for 88% of the area planted worldwide with genetically modifed seed and/or seed with biotech traits. We need to reclaim democracy as American citizens and hold these corportations accountable. Six corporations control most of the global media from publishing to movies... that is why we have heard nothing about bovine growth hormone in our milk. The majority of the American people 90% feel that their democracy has been stolen from them and believe that coporations have too much control in Washington. Contrary to popular belief people do have power, corporations have no inherent rights only people do. People grant legal protections to coporations but we can also revoke them just as fast. We shouldn't let concentrated wealth and concentrated power dictate to us what is safe and what is unsafe for consumptions. It is up to the consumer. Demand answers.

  • This is such a great post and shows how news is filtered through corporate agendas. I have a lot of respect for the reporters for having so much integrity.

    Unfortunately, Monsanto continues to poison the world's food and Fox News continues to poison the minds of many Americans.

  • You know, FOX isn't the problem, it's just the channel specifically mentioned here happens to be a FOX affiliate. It is no different with any television station or network. Monsanto and other corporations have tremendous influence on corporate media and corporate politicians.
