  • This agenda to "normalize" perverse behaviour sounds exactly like how those damn liberal desegregationists ruined the South!

    First that made it seem like people who were disgusted using the same water fountains as African Americans were the one's with the problem! Imagine the nerve!

    Then, once those liberals and there insane racial equality agenda got a foothold by desegregating the schools and lunch-counters, they took it to the extreme by legalizing inter-racial marriages!

    It demeans the sanctity of marriage if you allow whites and coloreds to marry each other!

    Hmmm. Interesting.

    And not only is this a psychological affliction, but a perverse/destructive one as well on par with schizophrenia?

    Well, what if there was a man that was only sexually aroused by Asian women? Could that be classified as a psychological disorder? He is perfectly heterosexual, but can only achieve sexual gratification with Asian women. How would we classify that? Would it be a perference? A psychological disorder? A mere fetish?

    What if there was a women who was only sexually attracted to black men? Would this be a psychological disorder -- or just a personal perference that has nothing to do with anything deeper?

    Is being a homosexual any more or less "perverse" that being straight and having a fetish?

    This is all becoming very, very subjective.

    It's almost as if the 800lbs gorilla in the room is the assumption that there is a "correct" sexual orientation as well as a "correct" manner and method to having sex.

    If anal sex with a man is indicitive of some underlying psychological trauma -- can the same be said for heterosexual anal sex between a man and a woman?

  • Dude, you can't seriously argue that being gay is any more or less unhealthy than being straight.

    By the same logic you can argue that:

    1) Being poor is an unhealthy lifestyle choice

    2) Being an obese American is an unhealthy lifestyle choice

    3) Being black is a unhealthy lifestyle (highest homicide rate!)

    It sounds like you just don't like gays and therefore every problem in the world (tobacco abuse???) is now associated with them.
