Dozy Buffoon and current London Mayor Boris Johnson has promised to consult the public on whether or not the controversial congestion charge zone, which was extended last year, should be abolished.
This is bad news for the environment - given the car-loving attitudes of most of the inhabitants in the west London area affected by the congestion zone, its easy to predict the outcome of the public consultation...
