this is terrifying....the united states is behaving more despicably than any POW camp there ever was. they don't even detain enemy soldiers. they detain 'suspected terrorists'...i.e. anyone.

It is torture and damages the little respect that the U.S. still has on a Global basis. The men and women that actually conduct the "waterboarding", should be tried as war criminals, along with their commanders, and ultimately Commander-in-Chief.
