Obama 'Refines' Iraq Withdraw Time Table

Obama has said he will base his withdraw strategy on the conditions on the ground and military and intelligence reports. Some are charging him with changing his 16 month withdraw stance, others are saying the move fits with prior statements about his strategy.
My personal take on it: Obama is saying he will be cautious and informed with his withdraw, but he will still get our guys out of Iraq. I think this shows that he doesn't intend to pull out troops with the same recklessness that they were sent in - that could be disastrous.
