US Presidential candidate Barack Obama had to hold a second press conference earlier today to "refine" earlier statements made by him implying that he may not be able to end the war in Iraq within the 16 month time line promised during his campaign.

  • Obama never said he would withdraw U.S. presence in Iraq.
    Those who researched Senator Obama's stance on the Iraq War aren't surprised by his recent statement.
    Obama had already said he would keep private contractors in Iraq.
    He has also said he would keep General Petraeus in command in Iraq.
    Voters who think he'll end the war and bring our troops home if he is elected President just haven't been listening to the man.
