In Louisville, KY finally the gouging has gone too far. The attorney general formally putting the oil companies and gas prices in the the cross hairs. They will be investigating the WHY factor that most pass by when gas prices fluctuate radically. Go Louisville!!!

  • Read the comment section of this article. Kentucky is a red state. I can't see this investigation getting very far. Good luck though. Maybe if enough rednecks in red states get fed up with the high cost of filling up their Hummers something will happen.

    oops, sorry... i take it all back... if there's price gouging or corruption causing a difference in prices WITHIN HIS OWN STATE, i'd put money on it being some special tax put there by his own legislature or one of the counties or cities.... he'll be embarrassed in the long run, one way or the other....

  • I've been getting in touch with local and national officials over this one for years. It's been going on forever and I'm sick of those who willingly make unfair profit off the hardships of others. More national attention is needed.

  • All he needs to do is ask Bushie and Sheeneey how they keep prices inflated. He can also ask most of the people in the world. The answer is simple. Make war, borrow very many trillions of dollars, the American dollar gets devalued (41% since Bushie) and the price of oil goes through the ceiling. Then the topper, threaten Iran with more war which means more debt a cheaper dollar and less oil. This idiot Bush thinks people are as dumb as he is. Meanwhile this killer gets rich on the corpses of a hundred thusand (plus) people dead not counting the mained for life. These war criminals and profiteers belong in prison for life.
