There were two votes. Obama voted to condemn MoveOn within a resolution that contained condemnation for equally egregious slander against John Kerry and Max Cleland that was heavily BSed all over the place by the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth. The Republicans weren't having it. The vote that Obama skipped, the one Fox News panders like Gypsies without a place to stay, was on a resolution that solely condemned the MoveOn "General Petreaus General Betray Us" ad as forced by the Republican leadership.

Barack Obama is absolutely consistent. He doesn't chose sides due to Partisan ridiculousness. Include both sides or none at all. That's what Obama said all along when he condemned all slander of military men. That's what he did with his votes.

Fox News is absolute propaganda. There is nothing else to it.
