As I remember it the Democrats almost had Nader arrested in 2004, he tried to attend the debate but was denied entry and escorted off the grounds even though he had a ticket to the event..some democracy we have here.

Finally, some real debates , count me in , I'll make you tube questions and hopefully some real debate will come about in this country. Level the playing field in presidential politics. Ballot access is impossible for 3rd party candidates. The Dems and republicans have consolidated power so close to the middle their is no real democracy left as they continue their corporate agendas

I think that the google debates are ridiculous. Has anyone ever watched them?

Think about it.

Thousands of people submit video questions, but who picks which question get asked and to whom they are asked? It sure as hell isnt random.

I'll bet that whoever chad hurley and david drummond support will look the best in the debate.

you know what, I'd like to see the presidential candidates list who's going to be in their cabinet and who they will assign to various offices while in the oval office. I think that'd be a lot more important than hearing them repeat the same thing over and over again about their "policies" which bush proved is basically a complete waste of time (anyone remember how he beat gore? "no nation building"...remember?).

will cheney be VP for mccain? that's important, I wanna know, will he hold some other high office. why isn't this part of the campaign? WHY ISN'T THIS MANDATORY INFORMATION!?

The Cabinet the VP and how they will run the administration, I agree, the whole structure is ruled by cronies and look where its getting us , the only candidate that has a declared VP is Nader , its Matt Gonzalez from san francisco.. pretty cool look him up!
