Tarantino and Roth Prepare RZA to Direct

RZA, of Wu Tang Clan fame, has had experience working in the film industry having scored several films (Kill Bill and Ghost Dog to name a couple). Now, it seems, he's being primed to take the helm himself for a martial arts filled "Man with the Iron Fist."

The interesting tidbit is that directors Eli Roth and Quentin Tarantino have taken RZA under their wing -- offering him advice in preparation for the task.

  • I think its cool that RZA wants to branch out and do other stuff than rapping and the usual clothing line that rappers like to come up with. I think he is a pretty smart guy, he did a great job with ghost dog and kill bill, and has a good eye for movies.
