BAGHDAD - Iraq's national security adviser says his country will not accept any deal with the United States unless the agreement sets specific dates for the withdrawal of U.S.-led forces.
The comments by Mouwaffak al-Rubaie come a day after Iraq's prime minister first said publicly that he expects the pending troop deal with the United States to have some type of timetable for withdrawal.
President Bush has said he opposes a timetable.
Al-Rubaie told reporters Tuesday the country "will not accept any memorandum of understanding that doesn't have specific dates to withdraw foreign forces."

It seems that Bush has succeeded. He has provided stability and unity in the region. They all argee that the US troops should leave. Iran and Iraq agree. Strange bedfellows indeed. If Bush was honest about creating a Democracy in the region, then the Iraqi people and their parliment/congress should execise their democratic right and VOTE the occupiers out!
They should make Bush prove to the world that Iraq is not just and Oil Colony.-

Oh boy-here we go again & only if it was true. I’m sorry to say, thanks-I needed a good laugh. NEWSFLASH: The U.S. will leave Iraq when it's good & ready to-especially if they still have any oil. Remember, it's good & profitable to the last drop! Do you really think our gov't cares about anyone dying-particularly our troops-when there is so much money to be made off of oil. If they did, they wouldn't be stepping up efforts to keep a foothold in the Middle East & would be focusing on sustainable energy sources closer to home. It ain't happening!
