I've been sitting by my window in North Wales for hours, and I can barely see the fields in front as the rain is so heavy.
Whatever happened to July!? Is your area headed for floods? If so, have politicians made enough preparations so that the country can cope better than last year? And more importantly, thanks to the last year's lack of mood-brightening sunshine, can your mental health?
