It’s possible that Miley Cyrus is sending a message to Nick Jonas, reportedly her ex-boyfriend, with the new song “7 Things”. She is even wearing his dog tag, it reads “Nicholas Jonas Diabetes.”
In the music video the extras were told to bring something that “reminded them of an ex boyfriend” hence the teddy bears and pictures being ripped and shit, so miley just held and kissed that dog tag and secretly made her point................................
