can't place where it is - thinking France from the streetlights, but can't make out the licence plate or shop name...

i like this.. i do a tiny street art project around bristol where i attach small eyes to trees, benches and stuff.. but the big eyes are way cool

Oh man! This makes me happy. Goofy stuff = wonderful. Installation art = also wonderful. This is brilliant....kind of a silly cross between paranoia and personification.
[btw, not exactly sure where this was, but I followed some links and the artist is from the UK]
