The Constitution states in Article 1; Section 8,"The CONGRESS shall have the power to regulate commerce with foreign nations" It doesn't get much plainer than that.bush has no authority to enter into this agreement.
Now I'm sure some where in the UnPatriotic Act there is a provision giving him this power.But since most of the congress DID NOT READ this law as it was passed, this law is illegal also. To go back to the Constitution,same article same section,the congress shall "Make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers and all other powers VESTED BY THIS CONSTITUTION in the government of the United States."
Now, because the white house rewrote the bill right before it was signed into law our rep.'s couldn't know what they were signing.Therefore the law is null and void.
We need to do whatever we can to stop this pact from going forward.TO THE STREETS!!!

I doubt the NAU will make much of a difference in the future (never mind that I theorized such a union when looking for an antagonist in a guerrilla warfare game I made a while back), but if they try to chip me I'll take their fucking arm off.

Well, I read through all of that jargen... It's hard to discern what freedoms we will lose as a result of this... What are some of the implications that you demise from this pissedoffinarkansas? One thing I noticed is the automotive union... this could delay our alternative fuels needs it seems... I don't know, I need to study this issue more. Aside from the audacious fact, that it was implemented without public awareness!
