In light of the miles saved and plunge in using gasoline in the past several months, have the rising fuel costs been a part of a secret agenda to reshape America's dependency on fossil fuels. Beyond the profits garnered by oil executives and wars waged, are we seeing a silver lining in getting rid of SUV's and finding alternative ways to power our lives.
