Men in the most active group of people surveyed had 13 percent less risk of developing cancer compared with the least active group, and women in the most active group had a 16 percent lower risk than their sedentary counterparts.

Great story, I'm curious how many cases of cancer could be prevented by folks being more active & not eating meat.

That is the way indeed! The times I am not in the production room, I am flexing my body! I always feel the urge to get back to my bike trail. Ahhhh! Biking is sooooo good! I was biking in this trail last week and did not realized how dangerous it was to share 1 feet each side with a vehicle going down and then up a mountain.

shouldn't the headline be "Lessen you risk of cancer by exercising" or something like that. because exercising doesn't prevent cancer in the way that not having sex prevents sexually transmitted diseases. Still, very good news. Glad I've been a lot more active lately.
