An exceptional piece with a great first person narative that kept me locked in 'til the very last frame.
I applaud all who were involved.
("It's lipstick on a pig." What a great way to describe waste) -
The second half was more captivating than the first half I thought. I'm glad those people agreed to be on film and express themselves and tell the truth. The part about wasting $90000 rockets on target practice is quite sad.
