Pro referees have always been scrutinized for calling fouls, penalties and even ejecting players or coaches from the game. Here's one ref that clearly deserves heavy scrutiny not for calling a foul but for coming to work drunk.

I've heard of players playing drunk, now a drunk ref? Wow.
The only thing left to see is a head coach/manager drunk during a game. -
That was the shiznit son! He was leaning like the Tower! Sweet! It would've been great if some soccer player would've "accidently" got him in the shin! That would've made him fall over like "jenga".
