The audio seems slightly of sync, but nice to see something that isn't all about the wacky side of Druids.
-
This is the true way of believing; if only more people respected nature in such a way instead of respecting an intangible omniscient, omnipotent and wholly good idea that is not in existence.
-
This is what's brilliant about Current - little windows on a world you wouldn't otherwise get to explore.
A nice little pod, but its a shame its out of sync and there's so much music (I think it could have lived without a constant soundtrack, and the whistle-y recorder music towards the end made it feel as if it was just on the borderline of taking the piss).

so long as they aren't into "crystal healing" , Tarot cards , runes , astrology and all the other shit "neo-druids" are often inclined to consider perfectly "druidic" then i like any druid i meet .
-
I think its cool how Druids seem to worship in nature. Thats their church, their place of worship. Agree or disagree I find that very cool versus having to build a "house of god" when nature was in most peoples eye's.. created by god. I admire that.
-
Too bad the audio is a little wacky but this makes me so happy since I'm a neopagan as well, although I'm Kemetic Orthodoxy and not Druidic/Celtic but we're all children of the earth after all.

When people began building their 'houses to god' it was a sure sign that they were becoming more divorced from nature. Understandable, as nature can be so unforgiving. If your crops failed, through drought or flood, or if some disease came and wiped out your whole village, nature would seem extremely harsh. By turning their faith over to an all expansive, male fatherly God, people maybe felt like they were taking back some control over their chaotic destinies. Crying shame it's all gone too far in the opposite extreme.
