A lobbyist associated with the Bush Administration, Stephen Payne, is caught on tape saying that a $250,000 donation to the Bush Library will ensure an exiled Asian president could receive a favorable endorsement from Cheney or Rice. Not lost in this is the fact that the same offer made about Sen. Biden, too. Corruption knows no party boundaries.

Politics for sale. I hope this story gets the attention it deserves. "Give money to Bush and his library and he'll say you are a good guy." WTF! I want to know more about Biden's involvement here! Is he also for sale? Is everyone in Washington for sale? I'm disgusted.
