Sad news in the blogging community, Australian OAB (old age blogger) Olive Riley has passed away at the grand old age of 108.
Often described as the world's oldest blogger, Olive left her last message at the end of June, saying that she felt weak but that she she sang "a happy song," as she did "every day."

What a great example of someone who really made an effort to connect to and communicate with the younger generation! She will be missed!

Reading her blog after she died is amazing. I'm not sure that anything like this had been done on the scale that she has achieved - and it's very insightful. Dying is something we all do, reading the steps up to it are interesting to say the least.-

I did not think people that age knew how to use computers, she was pioneer into Senior Computing.

Sad to see positive people go. May they sing a happy song as they send her on her way.

Congrats at her long life and her ability to use technology. My grandparents can barely plug a computer in let alone blog.
