Mark Levine is a professor of Middle East history, at the University of California, writes in Al Jazeera, that the charges brought on Omar al-Bashir, the Sudanese president, by the International Criminal Court (ICC), offer hope for anyone concerned about human rights around the world. It is equally disturbing that much of the al-Bashir indictment could just as easily be applied to George Bush, the US president.
Levine sees much in the language of the Bashir indictment that could relate to Bush. If so, is he at risk for such a charge?

Who's surprised?
Actually it should be easier to indict the Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld junta for the illegal invasion of Iraq with the stated aim (thanks Rummy) of "regime change".
The US never recognised the ICC for just this reason, check it out!
