Astoria Queens Inaugural Meetup Tonight!

This is truly historic news! Tonight at 7pm is the very first Astoria, Queens Current Meetup, to be held at the Bohemia Hall and Beer Garden.

I have no idea where any of my connections live, but if you or someone you know live in the area and wanna share a pitcher, I'm buying the first round. Look for some sort of wacky "current" banner or placard inside or out, depending on how crowded it is.

  • Best of luck on your meetup. I joined a Spanish meetup in Eugene, OR last week, it was so much fun, we had a wonderful time and we decided to meetup every two weeks.

    In four weeks the group is going to come to my home for a meetup and a potluck.
