When Nancy Pelosi swept to power the democratics thought she'd lead the vast left-wing conspiracy's triumphant return to power. Instead, her failures are Bush-like in their breath-taking crapulence.

  • She presides over the absolute worst congress in the history of this nation. She has seen to it that GWB has achieved all of his misguided goals in her reign as Speaker of the House. God help us all if she is re-elected.

  • Uh, they didn't say that at all. They said that she hadn't stopped Bush from doing his BS.

    The FISA bill and numerous other things being good examples, which she called good compromises.

    I agree completely, what an utter disappointment Pelosi has been. Her and a democratic congress haven't done anything to eliminate or even slow down neo-con policy. Poobah's article was right on, and funny to boot.

  • You all need to be more informed and not so blinded by your liberal views! Yes, she has been a pathetic leader for your cause, but thank God! If she had succeeded our streets would have looked liked every other major city in the world. Armed gaurds at every corner, ask any immagrant you meet.
    The only place she did suceed was in her economic policies. The Republican's (including Bush) Warned of this 7 yeard ago and offered policies that would have averted this colapse, but she ralied the troops and defeated the bills and here we are. Keep it up and we will have the Socialist stae that you all seem to think would be great.
    PS, Sorry about the spelling, I have MS and am Dyslexic and it seems that my spelling has been the first part of my cognative problems that have taken teh bigest hit and without spellcheck I have kind a a big problem.

    ONOES A SOCIALIST STATE. What is this, the 50's? America is not going to become socialist, I promise. But, if you're against socialism that much, you might want to look into privatizing things like schools, the postal service, the police and fire department and just about everything else you take for granted, because they're all public institutions.

    Then again, you are a neo-con, maybe you're into all that shit.
