Here’s a new video from Dr. Paul, telling us about Ben Bernanke’s testimony. How much more interesting Congress is thanks to Ron Paul, the one truth teller. Without him, it’d be a lot of bootlicking questions and waving of incense before the sacred Ben. (And P.S.: Dr. Paul’s book The Revolution: A Manifesto, which explains all these issues in layman’s terms, will move up on the New York Times bestseller list from #23 this Sunday to #17 on the list for July 27.)

why is there argument with this guy? the economy and our money is close to if not the biggest issue on American's minds so why can't the current front runners Obama/McCain comment on this with such preciseness, truth and leadership? Oh yeah because they're nothing but politicians playing for your votes so they can sit high on the horse. Please don't elect circus clowns unless you're voting in the circus, don't mess with my country please.
thank you-

the "regulars" here will HATE those ideas...
NAFTA really should not have been a bad thing... had it brought more awareness to each of the countries' hidden taxes masquerading as "farm supports" and the like.
subsidies for a few cost EVERYONE more than they deserve to pay, and THAT "unfairness" is never denounced by "neolibs."
have i coined a new term???

I don't understand why either. The tendency is to take one statement out of context and dwell on that.
I understand a little bit though. Just 3 1/2 months ago I thought he was a nut, because that's what everyone said he was. I rejected his foreign policy because I could only think in interventionist terms. I could only think in terms of left and right and he didn't make any sense.
But somehow I listened.
Now, I honest to God can't see how people can listen to the McBama Republicrats. -
ron paul is too awesome for words. i want so badly to like obama, but i know i'll _never_ see him say something this articulate about economic policy, or even acknowledge the "money supply".
