What a difference a few years can make. Back in 2000, Al Gore had found in Joe Lieberman the perfect running mate. But by 2006, the political winds had changed. Already, whispers in Washington are suggesting that Democrats may move to strip Lieberman of his chairmanships if the party manages significant gains in 2008. But is it a wise move?

Wait wait wait... Lieberman isn't a Republican? Why didn't you guys tell me?!?
-
I wouldn't be suprised. The Obama wing of the party is becoming just as intolerent to independent thought, if not more so, as the neo-cons under George Bush. It's their way or else.

Lieberman agrees with republicans in one issue protecting Israel for uhh some obvious reasons and the dems. cut him out for that.

Lairman is a Ripusoffican - wearing the wrong jacket.
Seriously, who trusts that man? I don't and wouldn't recommend it - any more than trusting mcSame. -
I wish liarman would just go any where any place but preferebly far away off the planet if possible and soon. Trust him, you would have to be nuts.

Yes, He will go Republican and very soon. He has been hanging out with his nose up McCain's ass hoping to get the VP spot. Liberman is not a Democrat anyway hasn't been for a very long time. It would be a great chance to replace him in the Senate. He needs a recall for lying about becoming independent but planning to vote with the Democrats anyway. BIG FAT LIAR. Looks like a homely monkey too.
