Doctors say it is an extremely rare occurrence, but it is possible if genes combine in a certain way. The twin boys, named Ryan and Leo, are the offspring of a mixed-race couple.

Actually they would be half German and half Ghanan (not sure if that is the right term). blk white issues??? more like culture issues and its up to the parents & family 2 make sure they know they dont have to pick sides and they are the best of both worlds...its the society around them that makes them choose a side by bringing up differences...
