WASHINGTON — Every day around 8 a.m., foreign policy aides at Senator Barack Obama’s Chicago campaign headquarters send him two e-mails: a briefing on major world developments over the previous 24 hours and a set of questions, accompanied by suggested answers, that the candidate is likely to be asked about international relations during the day.

  • You can't expect one person to know EVERYTHING at ALL TIMES. Barrack Obama (or any other politician) is not God, he isn't omnipresent and all knowing.

    The fact he is surrounded with and/or in contact with people who are briefing him on current situations is nothing new. Do you honestly think that he is the only candidate doing this?

    Running for president (or any political office) requires a "cast" of peope. Do you think George Bush is the only jackass in office right now? He is just the front man; he is backed by any number of jackasses who talk with him on a daily basis, too.( I'm sure if Dubya could figure out how to open an email, he'd get info that way, too.)
