American biologist Zeb Hogan is hunting for the biggest fish in the world. The project will take Hogan to 14 freshwater systems on six continents, including the Mekong, Nile, Mississippi and Amazon rivers.

Good that sting rays thrive despite pollution. I suppose that's what we'll find out in the next 10 years...which species thrive on pollution and global warming and which are fragile and gone with the wind. Unless we're one of them. Then we won't know anything!

That picture is terrifying. Wherever the biggest fish is, just leave it there and get on with life. I really don't get the point of this kind of research.
