Kelsey Grammer is becoming known as quite the real estate tycoon, and his latest listing is a flip indeed. Purchasing this Holmby Hills home less than a year ago for $13.7 million, Grammer is asking $19.9 million for the renovated home, a whopping $6.2 million profit.
