Beijing Bars Told to Ban Black People and Mongolians During Olympics

Bar owners near the Workers' Stadium in central Beijing say they have been forced by Public Security Bureau officials to sign pledges agreeing not to let black people enter their premises.

"Uniformed Public Security Bureau officers came into the bar recently and told me not to serve black people or Mongolians," said the co-owner of a western-style bar, who asked not to be named."

  • It a quite a pity this kind of high racism can be happening in a country who is hosting the olympic and there slogan "ONE WORD ONE DREAM".why is the whole world against the Black community and they still pretend they love us.I Have being ask for my passport in the club in salintu before and am sure the police have instructed them to do this.i was just imagine what a chinese guy who is just a bodyguard.This guy can't read any letter from my passport,how come he was given order to check my passport when he is not an immigration officer!!!.
    It is the duty of the police to pick the bad eggs among the society and leave the rest who do legitimate business or they should stop giving the black people visa to there country if they don't want us!!!.

  • It is quite unfortunate that IOC and d world a at large voted for China to host the lastest edition of olympic. A country without a good human right records. As we can see the chinese goverment pretend to be sudanese and african countries friends but today the black people in china are deprive of their right, freedom of movement and people are being molest my police without any reason. The slogan here "ONE WORLD ONE DREAM" . I dont really think chinese police,and goverment know the meaning. It means unity,love,sharing,accomodating,respect of individual, freedom for all during d olympic period and after the olympic. Whenever i am sharing with my chinese friends here in uk i always give them repsect as a chinese and chinese culture.In London black people,citizen and non citizen are always respect by authority,police,goverment and even our great Queen elizabeth. Black people all over the world haved contributed immensly to the development of diffrent countries including china economy. so why unknow chinese police officer have to stop black people living,working,tourist etc from entring BAR or CLUB without any geniue or concrete reason or evidence. It is high time that people in goverment in china should start respect black people inside or outside china. Yes most of the chinese product are been sold to african nation. And these product are accepted by black people without any prejudice. LONG LIVE CHINESE REPUBLIC.
