Minister of Parliament, Mr Chiam See Tong made an honorary appearance at the Substation for a photo exhibition dedicated in his name. Entitled 6-th, the exhibition is a collection of images detailing the minister's win in the Potong Pasir ward over the Singapore 2006 General Election.

Jeff Chouw, a marine biologist by training is an avid photographer whom with the permission of the minister, travelled with along with Mr Chian documenting the election trail.
