A pet rabbit saved an Australian couple from a blaze which was burning down their house as they slept. The bunny awoke its owners, Gerry and Michelle Finn, by scratching on their bedroom door as smoke poured through the house. By the time the couple were alerted, the blaze was already spreading rapidly through the back of their home, destroying part of the inside of their house and some of the roof. Both rabbit and couple escaped unscathed from the fire.
