If people would start reading a newspaper and maybe watch a news program once in awhile( not Fox though) they might gain a little intelligence.Too much American
Idol and Big Brother.Granted these bankers and realtors are crooks but you don't need to be a genius to see that a morgage that allows you to pay only interest for 2 to 4 or 5 years is probably a bad idea. NOTHING is free.-
