The Oi music which they perform is a very valid and energetic genre that speaks strongly of independence of self and unity between friends, not of Naziism or racial superiority. Its about being part of the blue collar working class and not being ashamed of it. Sure it has its brand names, but that demonstrates its simplicity.

You won't find these musicians blinging blood diamonds and driving squandered cash-mobiles.

"getting red " is what he means i guess . black docs , like the combat boots that preceded them , really didn't symbolize anything specific until you put red laces on them , which meant "punk" . putting white laces on a boot was "pro-white " ( or pro working class ) - and when oxblood docs came out , and you put white laces on them , it was a step up ( call it neo-nazi if you want to ) red + white = white blood . i suppose he's just trying to say "get serious" . but a chinese guy wearing white laces on any boot is something whose real meaning has been lost in translation for them .
