I got nothing else, just Ha.

just more investments towards the McCain campaign. i would have to honestly say...Britney did support Bush way back in the day....what makes you think she doesn't support McCain? in my opinion, this seems like a big stupid bake sale fiasco, produced by the media to further the "newfound corrupt republican agenda".
-
I am no Britney Spears fan, nor do I find the party antics of too-rich-to-know-what-to-do-with-her-life hotel heiress Paris Hilton interesting in the least. However, it certainly raises my hackles that the McCain attack ad accusing Obama of being a celebrity (an empty shell?), but not a leader, uses two women as the bad examples. Are there no vapid male celebrities? It smacks of the sexism that seems to keep rearing its ugly head in McCain's history.
-
You don't mess with The Britney.
-
this is outrageous . this will not stand .
-
Lol do we even have to bring up the rhetoric here??
Barack Obama was compared to Britney Spears and Paris Hilton.
I don't see either of them running for president.
Ohh McCain, downhill we go..or...keep going. -
She certainly has a right to sue if she didn't give her permission for it. Paris Hilton does too.
-
shes a stupid hoe, who cares what that ice head thinks or feels
-
She must need money; after all, most of it is going to child support...

Good. McCain's a total d-bag for slinging the mud like that at Obama. Not an Obama supporter (or McCain's for that matter), but that's just low.
-
It's Britney, bitch.

She is a brand herself and her image should not be tarnished by some angry old man. I think Bush said he was not all there in the head after his Vietnam experience while running against him in the 2000 election.
-
that would be awesome if both mccain and obama got sued and that way we could get one of the 3rd party canidates in the whitehouse. now thats change i can believe in
-
I'm still not voting for McCain. What a waste of money and I hope that he loses more money from this for his campaign.
-
Wow, Britney Spears is suing McCain? I think she just completey redeemed herself.

That was not a photo of Britney Spears, that was a short video cut - unless photos now have moving pictures in them, of course.

Paris and Britney should both sue. It's insulting to them both.

Paris and Britney are prefect for what McCain's ad was stating.
if they can sue for being used in a commercial then Bush or anyone mocked in any song can sue said person.
I don't think this suit will hold much water, based on that line of thinking. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
-
Britney is a nut case. BUT, if she could actually pull this off..... It might be the greatest thing she's ever done. Ever.

You have to love this stuff. But you also have to wonder about a guy who doesn't have the fundamental common sense to get permission from a celebrity to use her picture and name before he indirectly trashes her in a political add.
-
Is this the best McCain can do???
I almost feel bad fo him, almost.
-
There is no way this is true because there simply isn't a case here. Public figures (celebs) don't have the same rights to privacy as regular folk (why you don't need releases to use their images in magazines, on TV, etc.) because they MAKE THEIR LIVING being public figures. N lawyer with any experience would take this case.
