Titan Cement company is planning on creating a cement manufacturing plant on the Cape Fear River...a river that is already polluted. Cement processing and manufacturing creates many hazards- they spew dust, mercury, carbon dioxide and other pollutants into the air. The Cape Fear region of North Carolina is located near wetlands...do we really need more pollution for 160 jobs???
