this is the most idiotic thing i heard in a while, it doesnt even make sense, isnt russia one of the countries with the largest women per men ratio, he doesnt need to harrass a woman to unsure his future fatherhood.

Sexual harassment is probably the last reason that we have children. Unless I'm missing a whole lot in life, I don't believe this judge has a clue about about the subject.

The survey of Russian female professionals cited in the article is pretty horrifying:
- 100% said they have been sexually harassed by their bosses
- 32% said they have had sex with their bosses at least once.
-7% claimed to have been raped by their bosses.
-80% believe it is impossible to get a promotion without exchanging sexual favors with male superiors.

Only two women have successfully won sexual harassment cases since the collapse of the soviet union. Women are regularly coerced into sexual favors at job interviews and in exchanged for high marks in universities. Women truly are second class citizens in Russia.

Rape can produce children as well..... I guess we should all respect the miracle of rape as well !! Romianian taxes on the childfree are justified too, I suppose. Have 5 kids before 40 and you wont be punished. Nevermind the orphans disabled from neglect, its gods work!!

You know, the responses here tell someone like me a great deal - a great deal concerning the reasons we are a nation in cataclysmic decay. It happens that I have been "harassing" women all my life - literally hundreds of them, starting when I was fourteen. An unusual guy, perhaps, my method was straightforward - I simply asked the lady (all women are ladies to me - that something my German nobleman grandfather hammered into me) if she'd like to have sex.

Rejected, I usually took "no" for an answer - but not always (sometimes, she was just too nice to forget). Among all the women I "harassed," I never made an enemy. Not one. In fact, I made scores of good - very good - friends. Several of those who turned me down when we were younger later - even decades later - accepted my "harassment."

What the hell are we talking about here? The Russian judge refused to call a crime what every man ever born has been doing in some fashion since the beginning of the species. More, the hypocrisy of women who almost invariably dress as alluringly as possible, then pretend indignation when the wrong males approach them is not something with which governments or courts of law are intended or designed to deal.

Time was, before feminism turned customary practices like social graces and manners on their head, that a woman truly being harassed by an overly agressive male (the slobbering jerk whose luck with women makes him that way has been around since time immemorial, ladies) could enlist the assistance of other males around. No more, of course. The women who is a man's equal - who "needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle," to quote a feminist put-down of the sixties and seventies - but can't handle the advances of a "wolf" (excuse the archaic term) is something only a woman can explain.

But if women can really do anything a man can do, why can't they deal with "harassment"
without repair to (and bothering) our courts? If the word "ridiculous" has a meaning, "sexual harassment" is it.

there are alot of issues with this at work especialy when its coed, if theres a joke going around and your not paying attention to what its about you could end up in alot of trouble, coming from a mans point of view it goes both ways but i usualy dont realy have a problem with it, as for the judge i hope your kidding( i mean im no fan of the court system but "come on" i mean realy!)

Russia is having a real population problem. This "ruling" stems from the fact that their economy is in severe dire straights because they are lacking a middle-aged population.

They have orgies to try and counter the problem and bring their population back up so they have a bigger tax base in the future, no shite.

The craziest part of this story to me is that NO woman in Russia has ever won a sexual harassment case.
