Italian broadsheet, La Stampa, reports that an estimated 500,000 Italian couples are officially swapping partners at private sex clubs, with thousands more doing it in a more ad-hoc fashion in car parks, specially designated beaches or even cemeteries.
The source which the newspaper used to arrive at the one-in-four figure was a Rome-based organisation called The International Federation for the Protection of Rights and Freedoms (FederSex) which has 500,000 members. According to Federsex experts, that is just the tip of the iceberg. They put the real figure closer to two million: a quarter of the eight million sexually active couples across the country.

Disloyal isn't flexible. There's one way to be loyal and one way only. If you are offended by that because you're into this lifestyle well then you can understand how I'm offended that you think so little of marriage. If you have sex with anyone you want based on what your partner thinks it leaves nothing for the marriage. If sex isn't that important in that regard then it shouldn't matter that you have sex with anyone. The quandary falls in the lap of the person that is addicted to having sex not the person calling into question their morals and their lack of integrity.
You cannot have an open door policy and be taken seriously when talking about marriage because then you're not taking what you have seriously and in effect not worthy of being taken as such either. No respect for what you have why on Earth would anyone respect you?
It's wrong because it lacks realistic value other than selfish wanting.
Women voting helped women. Black voting helped blacks. It wasn't a selfish want like this.

Can any body explain how could 500,000 or even 2,000,000 be a quarter of Italian couples? As far as I know the population of Italy is 59,000,000 and 50,000,000 people are over 15 years. I don't think there are only 8 million coupels in Italy (= 16,000,000 people)! Can you believe that 34 million are living without partners!
