While I'm not crazy about Hillary, I think picking this woman would be a smack in the face insult to Hillary. I hope he isn't that dumb.

The only veep selection he could make that would lose my vote would be Dick Chaney. Well, maybe not the only one. Karl Rove immediately comes to mind. I'm checking Gov. Sebelius' Bio now. From the EOO sites description she sounds like a viable choice.

I watched her rebuttal to GWB's last State Of The Union again and still feel like she's not the best choice for VP.
She just doesn't have some of the qualities that I'm looking for.

Who is right. She does not have much experience. If he would get over the issue of Bill tagging behind Hillary he would do the right thing and ask her.

Obama isn't anymore about change than any other politician. Yes, I am voting democrat so let's all remember our history.

Carter ran on change and anti Washington and look what happened to him.

Obama's ego is too big for him to pick Hillary. He couldn't stand the thought of a camera somewhere being on Bill and not him.

she has too many cons then pros

She just says that because she is trying to fight for what her constituency beleives in. She's from kansas remember.

Overall, I think that that is a very good attribute for a candidate, but I think you're right. We should certainly see what she personally stands for before assuming. Could be hard either way for her:

Alienate herself from being VP or alienate herself from her cushy governer's mansion?

P.S. I'm from kansas, and went to school with senator brownback's daughter. He gave the worst imaginable speech possible at our graduation.

Why would he choose her? No one knows who she is. It would be a stupid choice.

Oooops---I was wrong----I had thought she was a Republican.

She does sound like a repub. but like good stuff says, guess you have to if you want to get elected in KS.

    My mistake.

wow...for a second i thought he actually picked her, then i read it and found it was just random people voting online and has nothing to do with the actual race. GG.

    not news.

I'm not sure what bearing this story has since apparently there are still a lot of others in consideration for VP.

"Obama campaigned in Indiana with Sen. Evan Bayh, widely considered a top-tier candidate for running mate."

So it evidently is just more speculation that Kathleen Sebelius has a chance for the VP spot.
