I don't know what's worse, the fact that mccain is rallying at a biker rally, or the fact that they're substituting applause with the sound of their engines when gas is $4 a gallon.

What a red neck
-
this is political genius. the guy needs voters and considering the average bicker is a middle aged guy with a 50 K income that's his voting block. but what he said about his wife entering the buffalo bulls beauty pageant was hilarious. because the winner gets to go topless.
-
Aren't you sick enough by currently having a Red Neck president, to now have a Biker President!? Degrading his wife to go topless? fuck!
And allowing these guys to spend Gas while demonstrating their penis are so small that they had to buy a Motorcycle and roar for McCain!?
-
Wow, what a pathetic speech.
Has McCain really run this low? That he has to rely on utter jingoism and strawman arguments to convince arguably the least desirable subculture in the United States?
The "sound of freedom" comment said it all.
This man has NOTHING to run on.

what most people don't realize is the original outlaw biker group was the Hell's Angels, founded by many military heroes fresh home from the war. Even today many members of these clubs or simply biker enthusiasts are veterans as well.
It has also been common through out history that many people who serve in the military also lean towards the republican party which would explain why he is getting a lot of support while in Sturgis.
Not to mention that loads of alcohol being pumped in to the town that could account most of the cheering for just about anything...

I don't understand why people who WANT to drive cars, even big gas mammoths wouldn't want Renewable Energy too?
It would free up so much fossil fuel for rev-ving engines! And it would lower the cost because the demand would go down and it would be harder to sell.
No matter how you look at it Renewable Energy and Renewable Resources (like organic plastics and materials) is going to INCREASE our ability to use fossil fuels for the things that we really want to do with them... like drive a car.
I think Obama should talk about that too.
Cheers.

Partisan politics, prejudice and complacency have to pale in comparison to McCain's ineptitude.
-
The sound of freedom is the same sound as the suadis counting their money. If this chump wins, the US gets what it deserves

The sound of freedom?
I remember the good ol days when motorcycle groups
road against the status quo...
They actually believe this crap Mccain is throwing at them? The never ending failures from the ranking senior GOP senator of the current national fiasco!
The GOP the Grand Oil party! -
HEIL the FUHRER!
-
Here's a visual for you, Cindy McCain topless in a bikini contest with drunk girl literally 1/3 her age. EEW!

The people who have responded to this video are sure not in touch with the American people. Bikers in this country are hard working people. There are Doctors, Lawyers, CEOs, blue collar workers, white collar workers, celebraties, sports figures and a melting pot of workers that ride bikes. Rather they ride Harley's or some other type of two wheeled bikes, they are not rednecks and dunces as these comments make them out to be. With gas prices what they are more and more americans are riding these bikes, just for self presivation from the high gas prices and just being able to get to work. For Senator McCain to acknowledge these riders was a big boost for our confidence in him. Kyle Petty, Tony Stewart, Dale Earnhardt Jr and many more Nascar drivers are a part of this Harley group that you all are turning your noses up to and saying you are better than then, Members of baseball, basketball, football and etc also belong to this elite group of american people. The BIKERS!!!
-
Just for the record-
I am, and have been a biker all of my life- even rode a little z50 when I was a kid. I fall into that $50,000 a year white male group that was mentioned with such disgust, and I am tinged with red around the collar... I believe in gun ownership, speaking english, and flying the american flag. I like to ride my Harley, drink beer, curse at the situation with illegal immigrants, and most definitely toples ladies strutting about on stage.
What I don't believe in? John McCain for president. Be careful with your stereotypes... what you see there is not necessarily a true representation of how all "bikers" feel; in fact, the entire response column here is laden with bigotry and a general lack of tolerance... shame on all of you! If you all are so against "bikers," maybe it is because you assume you know them, and what they are about.
-
I was invited to go to Sturgis back in '04. I wish I was there now, but I sold my motorcycles.
-
If this silly, silly man wins in November.....I'll see you all in Canada.
