I don't get the catch phrase: "You Know You're Not The First". What does that have to do with BMW????

The "catchphrase" is about BMW Used Cars. What is "controversial" is Emma Watson(?) or the young looking girl in the print ad is also being referred to as "used!" and yeah she is too young to have sleeped around, if the ad is to be believed...or what it seems to convey...
