    I honestly Believe that this should be a World Wide Project, where all nations contribute to the Sum of humanities Knowledge. Like some kind of offsite backup stored on the moon or somewhere even safer or more logical. Far from the reach of Nuclear Bombs and human destruction, and have have it updated. plus it would need something to make it stand out, Like some Kind of Renewable Becon, maybe solar or nuclear Powered. Humanity is too important to be lost.
