Woman pleads guilty to child pornography and bestiality charges

So it was when she noticed the "effect it has on peoples lives" that she recognized how wrong this is? What about the children who are made to participate in such horrific activity by disgusting adults...it didnt spark anything in her head the first time she viewed one of these videos? Shes only crying cause she got caught. Theres so many kids involved with this type of sh*t.thats so sad.

I'll say there is a 99.9% chance she was abused herself as a child... it's sad, the behavior perpetuates itself like a parisitic virus.

Give her a break??!! What's the matter with you?? How would you feel if these were your children...your nephews, nieces? Well they are someone's children! Drugs are no excuse! Didn't you read it? She had over 70 movies on her hard drive and distributed movies and pictures - she's as bad as the people who took these images - if perverts like her didn't download these images they wouldn't be there. She is a repeat offender - she deserves to be locked up and suffer. This was not a one off - it takes longer than that to download this amount - she was not so high on drugs that she was unable to find and download these images or come back to them and find more everytime she was high. She held down a job - she was not incapable of rational thought. Basicaly she is a sick monster, and if a man had done these things no one would say 'give him a break'. No one can condone or excuse this - to the guy who said give her a break, would you be so sympathetic if it were your kids she was looking at? If she was not aware of the effect this would have on others then frankly she doesn't deserve to be part of society. Only crying and being 'aware' because she got caught - she has no conscience.

I don't think using drugs is an excuse for child porn. You might do some crazy things when you are high but you've got to know child porn is wrong. I don't see how that would ever escape your consciousness.

OK, so she's a drug addict. Put her in jail, and let her clear out her system "cold turkey" in a jail cell.

She's a woman. She did something a male is usually the gender. Meaning she'll receive leniency because of that....no matter how horrific her act was...she cries, she has breast, she has a cute voice....and because she's not a man she'll get by.

That's how it works.

Just like a teenager can do the most horrific thing and kill three children and people will honestly think they can be rehabilitated because of their age.

I think there is a big difference between collecting and sharing images of child pornography & bestiality - and actually indulging in sex with children and animals, the latter being far more serious than the former.

I know a few people that would download a variety of very disturbing things as "a laugh." I don't think it always occurs to some people where the pictures and videos come from. Definitely something that needs to be advertised.

That's the downside to the internet, though; people don't think about the consequences. I've been told several times to kill myself on the internet. How could they know I have a history of depression? It's easier to get your kicks if you don't have to look the victim in the eye. I doubt this woman, or others of her ilk, could stomach being inside the child sex industry, drugs or not.

Some drugs make people do some real stupid things,but this I don't think so.Her drug dealer made her do this (transport the material) maybe.The drug dealer gave her drugs to do this is very possible. Simply put: ANY person having ANY child porn should be shot -- on the spot!! Many of you only know "child porn" as two words being put together. When I was in the Police Academy we were shown exemplars, confiscated by the Postal Inspectors, and they were the most VILE and DISGUSTING things that any one could ever imagine!! The subject matter is extremely disgusting and I am glad this woman pled guilty. Believe it or not, she does retain a shred of integrity for owning her mistake. It's a HUGE mistake- but if she was really so messed up on drugs like she claimed- then she deserves a second chance. I do think that some kind of sentence involving time in a rehab facility should be mandatory.

this person is obviously sick, and this case should not be taken lightly. she needs to get treatment and serve her time.

Yeah, so the internet does distance people a little from the reality and the impact of things, and certain drugs in particular make your head all messy (I wonder what exactly she was taking?, but there isn't any excuse for not realising what impact child pornogaphy would have on people. It's sick and wrong and horrific and we all know that, wasted and dazzled by the internet superhighway or not.
