This is an amazing 'lost' interview with John Lennon. If only everyone in the entire world could watch this...

The test of the message is its continued validity throughout time. This message could have been recorded in 1969 or 2009 and the clarity and truth rings clear. Very little has changed. It's sad.

Thankfully that piece of shit is not still around, I truly believe our ears would be bleeding from hearing him crying about peace by now. Hell, yoko ono is torturous enough, can someone at least hit her in the vocal chords with a taser a few hundred times?

I thought the animation was awesome. I could care less what John Lennon was actually saying.

John Lennon a piece of shit?
Just because someone doesn't want thousands to die in the stupidity of war doesn't make him a piece of shit. You try writing 22 number ones.
You douche.-

people have their own ideas about how the world should be "run", and in this recording was well done and the man who did the recording has one hell of a story to tell his children and his children's children. yoko is not to blame for the beatles split but it was in fact mc cartney who left the be in wings ect, lennon just went solo first.

I love this. I find it to be very relevant for today. Lennon doesn't say anything we in the 21st century hasn't heard before, but he says it simply, plainly, and with nothing but hope and pragmatism. So many people get smeared for being a "hippie" because they believe that somehow the movement failed. And while its true that not everyone's dropping acid and wearing tye-dye, it doesn't mean that the cause of peace is dead.
"You know, saying 'cause of peace', it's like saying, 'hunk of butter', you know, I don't want you to listen to anybody who wants you to believe is dedicated to the hunk and not the butter."
