The Art of the Toilet

What is it about public toliet grafitti? Why do people do it? Why do we love to read it? What's the best pen to use? What's the best thing you have ever read? What's the best way of getting rid of it? In this film we we will meet a publican plagued by toilet trivia and bog banality, a compulsive street/piss artiste and lovers, connoisseurs, practitioners and aficionados of loo art and water closet witticisms. We will ponder "who f**ks arses?" and we will look at art made in a loo or out of a loo (Duchamp's "Fountain") including a burlesque dancer whose act involves a giant toilet!

    Public toilets, especially in the US, are the most embarrassing and pitiful situation in the country...but these people talk about it like its cute.

    I luv to read the graffiti but i am kinder sick and tired of the people begging to suck sum1z nibbly bits or vice versa. There is no entertainment in that.

    But is there a difference in the type of things that are written in a girls toilets then the boys?

    This is why guys always enjoy bringing newspaper, current magazines into the bathroom to read. Growing up in public restrooms as a kid we were used to having reading material provided to us by the locals in the form of graffiti.
