Nearly 25 Percent of Blacks and Hispanics Live in Poverty

The truth is that poverty in this country is too often paired with racial inequity. Despite nearly half a century of advances in civil rights, the poorest among us are still far more likely to be African-American or Hispanic. When we talk about poverty, we are also often talking about race.

This can only start in the heart of man. If there is even one person who judges by the skin color, there will alway be race and proverty issues

If by that you mean that there is no more whole scale lynching and murder, maybe. But do not be fooled. The lynching and murder continues. I will do some research on this and get back to you. But the rich whites have gone underground in their hate and yes it leads to poverty. But I will get back with you on cold facts.
